Who We Are
Forward Technologies is an IT consulting and digital services firm built specifically for small and medium-sized businesses. Our mission is to bring big-enterprise experience to organizations that deserve better.
Founded by Edward Silha, a seasoned IT professional with decades of experience supporting large organizations—including several Fortune 500 companies—Forward Technologies was created to address a critical gap: small businesses were being overlooked, underserved, or forced to settle for generic solutions. We built this firm specifically to change that.
Why We Exist
Too many small businesses rely on overburdened internal staff or generic service providers who don’t truly understand their environment. We knew there was a better way—one that combines strategic thinking, hands-on expertise, and affordability.
Whether you’re growing fast, stuck with outdated systems, or simply tired of putting out fires, we help you break out of reactive mode and get ahead of your technology.
What Makes Us Different
We don’t just “fix” IT—we lead it. That means we:
- Think like a CTO, act like a trusted partner
- Align IT with your business goals
- Focus on long-term scalability, not short-term patch jobs
- Understand that small businesses need flexibility, not complexity
